Duotone Pro Center Dakhla (hereinafter referred to as “DPC Dakhla”) offers the following services:
• Kitesurfing, Wing Foiling, Stand Up Paddling, Foiling, as well as lessons, clinics and coaching programs
• Rental of watersports equipment
• Rental of storage boxes and storage space for private equipment
• Organization of sporting events, camps, trainings and related activities
§1. GENERAL RULES
The following regulations contain the rules and conditions that guests must follow when entering Duotone Pro Center Dakhla or when using any of its goods and services.
Customers are entitled to use the services and facilities provided by DPC Dakhla, such as chill-out areas, showers, toilets, changing rooms and lockers (if available at the specific center).
Storage areas may not be monitored at all times. Duotone Pro Center Dakhla cannot be held liable for loss, theft or damage of equipment. Please do not leave valuables unattended. Customers must close storage and locker areas after use and respect official opening hours.
§2. CENTER RULES
All guests are responsible for their own equipment, rented material and any Duotone Pro Center property. Equipment must not be left unattended in a way that endangers people or property. The renter bears full liability for damages caused by negligent behavior.
Sports equipment must be placed in designated areas without obstructing others. Only activities approved by Duotone Pro Center Dakhla are permitted.
It is prohibited to store equipment outside designated areas. In case of violation, equipment may be removed by DPC staff.
§3. RULES ON THE WATER
All nautical activities are performed at the customer’s own risk. International navigation rules and local Moroccan maritime regulations must be respected at all times. Wearing appropriate safety equipment (impact vest / flotation device) is strongly recommended and may be mandatory depending on conditions.
In case of unsafe or extreme weather conditions, students are not allowed to enter the water.
§4. EQUIPMENT RENTAL CONDITIONS
By renting equipment, you release Duotone Pro Center Dakhla from civil liability regarding the use of rented sports equipment.
The renter assumes full responsibility for damage to rented equipment and any damage caused to third parties.
By renting equipment, you confirm that you are physically fit, capable and competent to practice the sport safely, that you know the basic navigation rules, and that you accept the center’s regulations.
You declare that you do not suffer from medical conditions that prohibit the practice of watersports.
A valid ID and prepayment are required for rental. Rental equipment must be returned at the agreed time communicated by the center.
Equipment is assigned for personal use only. Please check the condition of the material upon receipt and report any damage immediately. Upon return, the material will be inspected again.
§5. PRICES (COURSES & RENTAL)
All prices are per person and may be changed at any time without prior notice. Discounts cannot be combined. Seasonal packages are valid for one season only. Special offers are available for groups and camps upon request.
§6. CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit is required upon booking confirmation (normally 25% of the total amount; for camps, clinics or special events 50%). In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
§7. PAYMENT
We accept payments by credit card, debit card, or cash (subject to local regulations).
§8. LIABILITY INSURANCE
Lesson participants are covered under the Duotone Pro Center Dakhla liability insurance during official instruction hours only. Independent rental customers are not insured for personal injury or third-party damage. The renter is fully liable for damage to equipment, loss of equipment and damage to third parties.
§9. OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT INSURANCE
Partial equipment insurance may be available and can be booked at the center. This applies only to specific types of damage to rented material and does not cover personal injury or third-party damage.
The insurance does not cover:
Loss of equipment
Damage caused by negligence on land or water
Damage due to misuse or ignoring right-of-way rules
Intentional damage
Damage caused by leaving equipment unsecured
In case of third-party involvement, the responsible person must be identified and brought to the office to record personal details and liability acknowledgment.
